there was a smile in the wind
there was a tear in the ocean
there was a drop of remember
but he has gone
it seems to be yesterday
or was it last year?
or was it years ago?
i don't know
but when closing my eyes
I feel the first blessing
I hear the first words
I see the first smile
in my mind
god loves forever
but we have to learn

but we let love go
why?
I sweard it
that I will be there
on earth until heaven
this is true.
listen to jesus
and you will know
my friendship
is rejected
but my love will stay
god made me this present
for eternity
